Accessing Company Email

Company Email can be accessed in two ways, depending on whether your account has already been set up.

You do not need Single Sign-On (SSO) to use email if you already have your email credentials.


Webmail Access

Company Email (webmail) is available at:
https://webmail.apps.partsgeek.net/

You can log in using either of the following methods.


Option 1: Email login (existing accounts)

If you already have an email account and password, you can log in directly using:

  • Username: your full email address
  • Password: your email password

This is the same password used for IMAP/SMTP and calendar/contact syncing.

SSO is not required in this case.


Option 2: SSO login (new accounts or SSO-enabled users)

If you do not yet have email credentials, or if your account was created through onboarding, you can log in using Single Sign-On (SSO).

SSO is used to:

  • Create your email account during onboarding
  • Access Company Email without entering your email password

After logging in with SSO, you will still need to set an email password for use with email clients and syncing.


Email passwords vs SSO

These are not the same thing:

  • SSO credentials are used for logging into webmail and internal services
  • Email passwords are used for:
    • IMAP / SMTP
    • Calendar sync (CalDAV)
    • Contact sync (CardDAV)

Your email password is managed inside webmail:

  • Go to Settings → Password
  • Set or update your email password there
